Australia wide shipping is complimentary on all orders placed over $150.00 Your goods will be shipped via Australia post or Sendle.
You will received a tracking number once shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Please notify us at info@roseandbyron.com.au to let us know of your reason.
Please return the product,
- Unworn.
- In Original Condition.
- All original labels attached.
- Within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Take note of postage details and email them through to us with your order number attached.
Our Hand Block Printed fabrics and wallpapers are handmade and slight variations in colour and pattern should be expected to provide you with a unique product. Rose And Byron does not accept returns on these irregularities.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the colour, design and quantity before you cut into the order.
If the fabric/wallpaper is faulty, contact us immediately on 0429 180 590. We cannot accept any returns once the fabric or wallpaper has been cut.
However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied you may send your purchase back in the original packing within 14 days, for exchange or refund.
The customer is to return the goods, making sure they are protected enough to safe guard their resale value and are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
A full refund will be issued, less the cost of postage, if the product is
returned in the condition for resale. If the goods are damaged on return we will have the right to investigate.
If you received your beautiful goods and the packaging is damaged on delivery which in turn has damaged the goods please take photos and contact us immediately at info@roseandbyron.com.au.
Please note we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged on returned goods being shipped back to us. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping company with insurance.
All Accessories are final sale.
All sale items are ‘Final Sale’. They cannot be returned or exchanged no exceptions.
International Shipping and Returns
We are consciously mindful of our environmental footprint.
All international purchases are not eligible for returns, please email before ordering if you have any concerns or questions on sizing or anything else regarding the product.
We use Australia Post or DHL trackable shipping for all international orders.
Please note Rose & Byron are not responsible for any duties or taxes payable on delivery.
Stolen or Lost Packages
Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.
